Welcome back y’all! This past Labor Day weekend was so sweet being around family and friends that I don’t get to see very often being in my little pregnancy cocoon all the time. I wanted to share with y’all ALL the details of this past weekend and what made it so sweet and such a hit! If you can see the theme was Shark & Fishes. Hubby came up with the idea but I didn’t want any shark do do do do themed stuff didn’t want all that crazy. Just wanted to keep it simple with some pops of the sea if that makes sense.
But first things first! Who I was registered with made my life much easier in choosing what I needed for baby and myself. I signed up with BABYLIST.com. The cool thing about Babylist is that you get to shop from pretty much all dept stores and Babylist compares the prices for you. For example: if I wanted diapers from target Babylist provided the difference in prices from Walmart, Amazon and even buy buy baby on who’s got the better price. So guests get to see what deal they can get from all stores and see who has the better deal. Saving money made easy for myself and guests! When you sign up the do send you a welcome box so don’t forget that. (Also don’t be afraid to sign up for separate baby registries such as target, walmart or amazon. Target does give you a free baby bag as soon as you go in. Amazon and Walmart I think you have to pay for shipping if you want your box. But so much little goodies inside)

Back to the shower!
Balloon garlands were made by my baby shower squad 💙 (amazon for the win in XL large balloons & party city + small 5in and 12in balloons from them) You MUST order on amazon the balloon garland kit that comes with garland hole placements for balloons to make garlands (costs only $4-$5 for a set of 2.)
Baby balloons are from michaels for only $4 air blown. 💙 Ps. When making garlands you need different size balloons, large + medium + small to get that beautiful garland you want!
Unique guest sign in : We choose the little rainbow fish book and thought it went perfect with the theme 💙🦈 I wanted a book for guests to sign their name on or leave a comment right behind front cover of the book. Thought it was super cute and special for years to come when we read it too him.
Cookies that went with theme were from celestial sweets & they were so cute I didn’t want to eat any but they were YUM! (instagram is here)
Cake was actually done by our local grocery H-E-B 👏🏼 (Cake topper Etsy). Under $60 highly recommended them and you only need about 24 hrs in advance for them! Insane!
My mom helped me with making French vanilla mousse (that I was craving and the recipe is SUPER EASY) with some little white chocolate fish 🐟 & fresh raspberries for a little extra desert.
Sand dollar favors made by yours truly, I like making soaps and I made extra for the nurses for when were in the hospital!
ALL signs – entrance sign, sign in sign, mama to be sign were all done by my bff (instagram here) she has done my bridal shower signs, all weddings signs and now baby shower signs. I couldn’t write like that to save my life lol Dm her if your in the local San Antonio area. She won’t charge you an arm and a leg!
